Other works by George R Stewart?
(too old to reply)

So I'm currently about 50 pages in to Earth Abides[1][2], but I was
struck by something on the very first page -- meaning, the page after
you open the front cover:
"Among George R Stewart's many works are Storm, Fire, Ordeal by Hunger,
and Names on the Land, all of which have dealt with the subject of man
against the background of his environment."

Have any of you here read any of these, or anything else by him, for
that matter?

Tony
[1] which is going well so far
[2] I have a May 1971 paperback edition published by Fawcett Crest.

I've read Ordeal by Hunger, Fire, Storm, Earth Abides ... thought there
was one more I'd read but apparently not.

Neat - thanks. After just a little bit of poking around, I am
considering either Storm or Fire in the future (or both, I suppose). Do
your memories lean toward one or the other?

Maybe Fire over Storm? I should reread them.
